A Lusty Bit of Nourishment

Life is too short to eat undelicious food. And I think the best food is the kind you get from a local farmer or that wasn't produced in a way that can make people really sick, such as by ruining their drinking water, fouling the air, or coming out of processing plants owned by greedy folks who are more concerned with profit than public health. Those are the kinds of things I write about here.
